What is File Upload?
The File Upload feature on GO Banking, also referred to as Salary Upload, allows corporate customers of GBTI to quickly and securely credit multiple GBTI accounts in a single transaction. It is designed to streamline high-volume payment processes such as payroll, vendor payments, and bulk transfers.
How Does It Work?
File Upload allows corporate users to prepare a structured file containing account and transaction details, then upload it to GO Banking. Once submitted, the system verifies the data, processes the transactions, and debits the company’s account accordingly. Users are notified at each stage of the workflow, and all uploaded files are archived for future reference.
Key Benefits
- Efficient payment processing. Transfer funds to multiple accounts in one submission.
- Secure and controlled access. Built-in approval workflows and user-based permissions (Maker/Checker).
- Error detection. Automatic file validation with clear error reporting.
- Audit trail. Each file is assigned a reference ID and can be tracked through every stage.
- Flexible file types. Supports .csv, .xls, .xlsx, and .txt formats.
Accepted File Formats
Your file must be correctly formatted for successful processing. Supported extensions include .csv, .xls, .xlsx, and .txt.

Step 4 – Confirm Upload
Once the file is successfully uploaded, you will receive a reference ID. Click this ID to view the status of the file.
